We Are Not Racist

Last month, former President Jimmy Carter announced “I think an overwhelming portion of the intensely demonstrated animosity toward President Barack Obama is based on the fact that he is a black man, that he’s African-American.” He claimed to have a special viewpoint on this anti-Obama racism since he is from the South. On September 25th of this year, Senator Chuck Schumer, a member of the Senate Finance Committee, stated in reference to recent Democrat healthcare efforts: “The first week showed Democrats laying out a plan to achieve better health care for American families while Republicans tried to score political points that will do nothing to make the average American’s life better.
